A highly respected mid-sized regional firm are looking for a driven Commercial Real Estate associate to join their growing Property team in the City. The team in question are looking for a Senior associate over the 5PQE level.

The practice cover a wide gamut of commercial property work this includes landlord and tenant, development, investment, asset management, planning and environmental, funding and construction.

The team's clients consist of high-end property management and development companies, government bodies, house builders, owner occupiers and institutions, both in the UK and overseas. The Property practice is spread across the country and draw from their multiple regional offices.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within an established and respected regional or City Commercial Property practice. The successful applicant will have been exposed to high quality work and would have undertaken a seat within a reputable Real Estate team.
