Our client is an esteemed international firm with one of the City’s most prestigious banking and finance practices. An opening has now emerged for a newly qualified Associate to join the team, and March 2019 NQs will be considered.
The team has a wide-ranging client base, from banks, corporations and private equity firms to single lenders, borrowers and financial advisers. The scope of work is diverse as well, as candidates can expect to advise on many sub-sectors within banking and finance such as real estate finance, infrastructure finance, debt funding and asset based lending to name just a few.
The successful candidate will be a newly qualified or junior lawyer with previous general banking experience at a leading firm in London. The successful candidate will unquestionably benefit from the elite level of transactional work on offer, and working with a blue chip client base will enhance their professional development.
