Commercial Lawyer - Technology - 2+ pqe - US Qualified - London
Our client is looking to hire a US qualified lawyer to join their London office's Technology Companies Practice Group.
The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree and a J.D. from a US law school. You will be US qualified and will have gained some post qualification experience in a top Corporate practice. Experience in assisting and advising emerging companies and investors in venture capital transactions, venture debt transactions, public offerings and cross border M&A is desirable. Given the team’s client base, ideally you will have experience and passion for working with entrepreneurs and investors in the technology sector.
The practice is well integrated with the firm's Silicon Valley office and is the leading cross-border venture capital practice in Europe. The role is an excellent opportunity for those looking to build on their experience and get exposure to high level work from day one.
