Interim Commercial Lawyer, full or part time

Commercial Lawyer sought for 3 – 6 month interim role in the Midlands. Candidates will be considered looking for a full-time or part-time (3 or 4 day) role.

An opportunity has arisen for a commercial lawyer to join a well known international manufacturing business based in the West Midlands area.  This is an iconic British business which sells its products all over the world and has a turnover of approximately £500m. 

You will form part of a team of 5 and be one of the more experienced lawyers in the team predominately drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts – distribution agreements, supply agreements, technology agreements, consultancy agreements etc.  You would also have the opportunity to get involved in wider legal areas such as IP, compliance and data protection.

We are keen to hear from experienced commercial lawyers who are available at short notice (in the next month) for a 3 – 6 months assignment.  This business is also looking to appoint a permanent member of the team so if you are available at short notice and would also like to be considered for a permanent role then do get in touch.

This position is located centrally in the midlands and commutable from Birmingham and the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.
