A great opportunity for a Planning Law Solicitor, min 6 yrs PQE, to join a high profile law firm whose Real Estate department's core practice areas include construction, development and urban regeneration, fashion and retail, investment, planning and environment, residential, dispute resolution, finance and taxation.

The team handles a wide range of planning related matters including planning appeals, EIA development, highway matters, planning obligations, policy and legal challenges. Its client base ranges from large institutional developers and funders to private clients. The team is passionate about what they do and are proactive in understanding continual political and policy changes, areas of interest and highlighting potential opportunities for clients.
