Commercially Minded Lawyer – Fintech Start-Up

Our client is a fintech start-up with strong values and an exciting and innovative new product aimed at supporting customers through from saving to spending to investing.  They are a regulated entity with a fresh approach and the ultimate goal of doing the best thing for their customers.  As the business grows, the GC is looking to hire a number 2 who is motivated, enthusiastic and a quick learner.  Within a constantly evolving start-up environment it is critical that you have the mindset to navigate new ground.

This will suit a mid-level lawyer with at least 3 years pqe, a background in financial services and a flair for creativity and design.  As the product straddles banking and investments they are happy to look at proactive lawyers from a variety of backgrounds such as corporate/M&A, investment funds, retail banking or FS regulatory. 

You will be part of a talented, diverse team committed to using tech in new ways to help everyone save and giving everyone access to higher returns.  This is a brilliant opportunity to join a start-up which is really pushing the boundaries, it is a perfect role for someone who really thrives on getting stuck in and helping a business actually do business.
