An excellent new opening for an ambitious property solicitor with experience of or an interest in the rural sector to join this forward thinking practice based in Worcester.
Our client has a burgeoning reputation for real estate work in the West Midlands and is looking to invest in strengthening its Agriculture sector practice.
Working with a well-known and experienced Agriculture Partner, the firm seeks to appoint an additional NQ+ property solicitor to join the team. You'll be advising a range of clients including farmers, agricultural land owners and other rural clients on a range of property related matters. Previous experience of working in the rural sector would be an advantage, but you must have a background in either residential or commercial property and be able to demonstrate an affinity or interest in specialising in this area.
An excellent opportunity offering genuinely exciting long-term prospects, this role would suit a 2018 or 2019 qualifier with at least one commercial real estate, agriculture or residential property seat and having trained with another recognised firm.
