Learning & Development Manager - Cardiff

Excellent opportunity for a Learning & Development Manager to join a Top 100 UK law firm.

The hiring firm are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join their L&D team in Cardiff.

The team provides internal training for all of the Firm's staff. The role will involve designing, delivering and evaluating the majority of the internal training courses. You will be responsible for liaising with internal and external specialist providers to facilitate ad hoc training requests. The role also involves managing the L&D team, dealing with internal training budget, conducting regular firm-wide training needs analysis, creating a range of training courses using blended learning styles to meet the identified needs and managing firm-wide CPD requirements.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have a training background and have the ability to understand the needs of the firm and translate those needs into an effective learning programme. It is desirable that you have a training qualification and experience of operating a learning management system.
