Employment Lawyer 4+ PQE Associate or Senior Associate required for Mayfair Law Firm

This Mayfair based law firm has, over the years, successfully attracted lawyers from top City firms who are looking for a change of pace and a change of client profile.  The employment group is looking for an associate or senior associate with at least 4 years’ PQE to join them.  The team acts for both employers and employees, and their clients are drawn from a variety of backgrounds and sectors, including financial services, property, retail, hotel and leisure, academia, technology and agriculture. Clients include employers of all sizes, from global corporations to private households.  You will advise on the full range of employment law issues, both contentious and non-contentious. The work involves advising on senior executive service agreements, dismissals, settlement agreements and sensitive boardroom issues as well as protecting confidential information and enforcing post-termination restrictions.  Much of the work has an international dimension.  You will also advise on the employment aspects of a wide variety of private equity, M&A, property and outsourcing transactions.
