Our client is a leading specialist law firm supporting businesses and entrepreneurs concerned in the innovation and technology ecosystem. The firm provides leading-edge legal and commercial advice to clients ranging from start-ups and early phase businesses to listed multinationals.
They are seeking to add a talented and ambitious senior-level Commercial TMT lawyer to their highly rated Commercial Technology team, which is the engine room of the firm. The team negotiates, designs and implements complex commercial agreements relating to matters such as: software licensing, R&D, e-commerce, agency and distribution, joint ventures, design and build, technology outsourcing and procurement. Much of the work involves an international element and collaboration with overseas’ counsel.
You will be an experienced Commercial Tech lawyer with experience and training gained from a respected commercial law firm or in-house legal team, comfortable with taking on a high level of responsibility; negotiating and leading complex commercial transactions. You will support the partners in supervising and mentoring junior fee earners and take an active role in business development enterprises.
