Funds PSL 6+ PQE sought by US firm. *Flexible working offered. Tier one Funds team*

This US firm has a leading reputation for funds work and the London office has one of the largest financial services groups.  They are looking to hire a PSL to support the funds team, where the focus is primarily on hedge funds and private equity, though expanding into other areas.  This is a broad role and you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the precedents and know how system you will be responsible for assisting with producing external newsletters;
• Working with the partners on marketing in relation to key industry topics for client seminars
• Working with the partners on presentations and speeches;
• Acting as a first point of contact for specialist know-how advice.

You will currently be working in private practice as a funds lawyer with a minimum six years’ PQE either as a fee earner looking to make their first move into a PSL role, or an existing PSL who is looking for a change of environment.  You will be English qualified, with extensive experience in hedge funds and private equity funds, and someone with experience in regulatory changes would be an advantage.
