Regarded as one of the leading players in Jersey, this major global offshore firm are seeking a UK admitted banking/finance lawyer at the 1 - 3 PQE level with excellent academics. The role offers an opportunity to handle a broad range of work including general banking, debt finance, structured finance, real estate finance and asset finance. The firm acts for a range of major banks and lenders, investment banks, building societies, borrowers, syndicated lenders and underwriters.
