Corporate PSL Lawyer 3+ *Friendly US firm*

This US firm has an opening for a junior corporate lawyer wishing to move into their first PSL role and a more senior PSL who either has some PSL experience or is looking to move into such a role.

The firm is well known for the work it does with technology companies and handles all the stages of a corporate deal for fast-growing starts up, as well as for the more established businesses in the industry.  The London corporate team handles broad M&A work and private equity.  As a PSL you will handle the team’s know how function and update precedents, but the role stretches beyond that to include assisting partners with BD and marketing activities and delivering training both internally and to external clients.

To be considered for the role, you will have at least 3 years’ PQE gained in a City firm with a strong corporate practice.  Strong academics are a must.  If you have decided that fee earning is not for you, but you enjoy the intellectual challenge of the law, want to work better hours and work with more autonomy, this could be the role for you.
