Employee Incentives/Employment 3+ PQE *New York Firm, Broad Role*

This major New York firm has an opportunity for an employee incentives/ employment lawyer to join its group.  The role would suit someone who has strong employee incentives experience but would like to gain more employment law experience, or vice versa.

The work is international and multi-jurisdictional.  The team offers their clients an unrivalled depth and breadth of experience across the full spectrum of HR matters, advisory and transactional, contentious and non-contentious.  As a specialist practice with relatively few associates, you can expect to be working alongside leading partners within the group from the moment you join. A collegial and relatively non-hierarchical working environment, the team places a strong emphasis on professional development and are keen to give associates significant responsibility.  Typical tasks range from drafting and reviewing contracts such as stock and bonus plans, to legal research and preparing due diligence reports on the HR components of major transactions.

If you are an employee incentives lawyer but you are looking to broaden your practice to include more employment work (and potentially pensions too), this firm can offer you a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on experience within a small, supportive team.  You will have a minimum of three years’ PQE experience gained in a leading City firm.
