Job Details
High performing national law firm with thriving Tax team seeks an additional lawyer to join the ranks in Birmingham.

An opportunity now exists for a talented tax solicitor to join the firm's successful partner led Birmingham based tax team. Working on a range of matters including corporate tax issues arising out of private equity and other large scale corporate transactional work, VCT/EIS tax issues, property tax and employee incentives and share schemes work, this is a challenging role offering stimulating and complex work.
You will either be an NQ (2018 or 2019 qualifier) with at least one tax seat under your belt and a clear interest in pursuing a career in this field, or you will be a solicitor or associate with post qualified experience as a corporate tax, property tax, or share schemes lawyer looking for the chance to join a people focused national firm where you can progress your career as a tax law specialist.
