Job Details
An opportunity for a financial services regulatory lawyer, with 1PQE+, to work within this leading mid market international City firm's financial services and regulatory practice in what will be a broad and interesting role within a collegiate, flexible working environment. This position is for a financial services lawyer who has good, hands on experience of UK financial services regulation and the following European legislation: MiFiD, MAR, AIFMD, PSD, CRD, EMIR and the MLR. Experience of advising on payment services, E-money, consumer credit and retail regulatory issues would be helpful, but not essential, as is experience of advising on FCA investigations and enforcement. An appetite to get involved in business development will be welcomed and strongly encouraged. Associates within the group are given as much responsibility and client contact as they feel ready to handle.
