Job Details
This is an excellent role for an existing PSL or experienced corporate lawyer who is interested in becoming a professional support lawyer, to join a firm where they can play a key part in developing the Knowledge Strategy for a busy corporate group. This role has a particular focus on Public M&A and corporate finance.
The role will include:
-Training lawyers in the group including designing and delivering seminars and workshops
-Ensuring the group is informed of important developments in the law, particularly within public M&A
-Drafting standard form documentation and practice notes along with other know-how
-Identifying opportunities to develop business from new and existing clients through articles, briefing notes and client training
-Contributing to the firm's global knowledge programmes and projects to support collaboration across the practice
Suitable applicants will have:
*Sound legal experience in Corporate/M&A including strong market knowledge of public M&A and corporate finance
*At least seven years' PQE
*Excellent drafting and research skills
