Our client is a leading international law firm with a global footprint which is continuing to grow and develop. They offer a full range of services to industry leaders in a number of key areas including Litigation.

Your new role
You will be joining a 10 lawyer strong team who specialise in both claimant and defendant matters within the Travel, Tourism and Insurance area. The role will be incredibly varied and will expose you to very interesting work including foreign jurisdictional claims, UK jurisdictional claims and insurance policy coverage. Examples of work you would be doing include accidents at sea, road accidents, tripping & slipping claims and contractual issues regarding travel insurance.

You will manage your own caseload of matters encompassing the above as well as assist senior members of the team with more complex work with the opportunity to take on more complex work as your skills develop.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have solid academics and be an experienced paralegal or solicitor with experience of managing a dispute from start to finish. You do not need to have experience in the travel & tourism area however this would be advantageous. You will be a team player with great drive and a strong focus in order to deliver a first rate service.
