Job Details
We have been working with a leading firm in the Channel Islands who are looking for newly qualified to junior Associates to join their Litigation teams.
The presently small teams in Jersey and Guernsey are looking to expand by adding strong litigation Associates. Although the teams are small, they are ambitious and have acted in leading cases in the region.
The successful candidates will work directly with the Partners on litigation matters particularly focusing on trusts, partnership and shareholder disputes, although there will be exposure to other fraud, insolvency and broad investigations matters.
Trainee or newly qualified candidates who have undertaken at least one litigation seat, in addition to experienced Litigation Associates with up to 2 years’ PQE are welcome to apply.
The firm offers an excellent salary on par with the rates for leading firms in London with the benefits of reduced income tax in Jersey, in addition to a generous bonus package. This role will provide a work/life balance and the opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly environment where the existing teams will provide mentoring as required to junior candidates.
