This is a great and unique opportunity for you to experience a broad and interesting workload without the pains and internal politics of private practice. You will work with truly global clients, of which include a number of technology giants based in the Silicone Valley. You will work directly with and form your own relationships with these clients to advise them on the delivery of technology, IT and sourced solutions. Using your commercial skills, as well as your legal skills you will cover the whole picture regardless of the industry sector.

The team are growing and have really capitalised on the benefits of working for a business instead of a traditional law firm. Opportunities to do secondments with these impressive and market leading companies are also frequent and encouraged to understand the business and further develop client relationships. You will be at the centre of the team's success and be expected to voice opinions and views and act as a mentor and role model for more junior members of the team.

The ideal candidate will;

• Be between 3-6 years PQE
• Have experience advising clients from all industries on a range of commercial IT/IP matters
• Be wanting to be part of a team they can add value to whilst also learning from others
• Come from an in house or private practice background
