Lawyer

One of the worlds largest international banks is seeking a lawyer to join their team for 12 months in London.

The individual will provide legal, advisory and transaction execution support to global markets whilst minimising legal and documentation risk.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preperation of programme security insuance documentation and management of closing process
• Global advisory support for the issuing of progromme securities
• Managing legal risk, ensuring high standards and instructing outside counsel as necessary

The successful lawyer will have good working knowledge of ISDA, derivatives and master agreements and be able to work without supervision.
