Do you have a passion for helping businesses under financial investigation?

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Lawyer within White Collar Crime to take the lead in leading cases that are often publicised in the press and are often high profile. You will work together with corporate clients and businesses from a whole variety of sectors who are already under investigation, as well as carrying out pre-investigative work to prevent such a scenario. The team are well placed in one of the largest global networks, therefore you will have instant access to high profile clients that are often targeted buy regulatory bodies such as the FCS and SFO.

You will support senior individuals in existing high profile and ongoing cases, whilst also having a great deal of autonomy in running with other complex cases that are brought into the team. You will be a key part in leading a team on cases and building a first-class relationship with key decision makers in global companies.

The team work closely with each other and is made up of people from all types of background, making it one of the most knowledgeable teams in the City. They are social and have created a relaxed but hard-working environment.

The ideal candidate will;

• Be 3+ years PQE
• Have first hand experience advising clients under investigation by the FCA or SFO
• Ideally have experience at the FCA or SFO, however is not compulsory
• Be a team player who can take lead on matters and relationships with clients
