A leading International law firm is seeking to add to a new Corporate Associate to its Corporate team. Thus is due new client work and a constant flow of preexisting work. The team advises on a broad range of matters and includes corporate finance and securities transactions, M&A, private equity, and venture capital as well as providing general corporate advise and advising on commercial agreements. Required Experience: * 2-5 years PQE and UK qualified * Qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales * Experience of working at a City or International law firm * Proven experience of corporate transactions * Ability to operate autonomously * Ability to provide high quality client service.
