**Unique In-house Opportunity**
Due to continued expansion and demand for its services, our client is recruiting an additional banking lawyer to join its legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth company co-founded by a magic circle lawyer. The company provides technology and services to a growing list of top 100 client law firms. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of the business alongside a team of specialist lawyers and technology professionals.
The successful candidate will join an entrepreneurial team at the cutting edge of a key technological development in the legal sector and will have exposure to a client base consisting of large global and top 100 UK firms working within a team of high calibre lawyers from magic circle and other leading firm backgrounds. Reporting to the head of legal you will possess meticulous drafting skills and exceptional attention to detail. Having gained strong training with a reputable firm you will have gained at least 3 years experience in a fee earning role. The position would also suit a candidate with substantially more experience gained. The role will include taking responsibility for running a variety of intellectually stimulating projects including client training.
The opportunity would suit a lawyer who is looking for a change in direction - away from a fee earning role, but still wanting to use their legal skills working with the legal profession or a PSL, knowledge/technical lawyer. Other legal specialisms will be considered.
This is an exciting time to participate in our clients next phase of growth. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team within a company that offers an excellent work/life balance.
This role can accommodate either a full-time or part-time candidate or there is the opportunity to have a flexible working week if required.
