The Role
This firm are looking for a Corporate Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join their established Manchester office as an Associate.

The team advise companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle.
In this role, you will cover all aspects of corporate finance including M&A, private equity, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.
Requirements:
- You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 4+ years PQE
- You will have a good grounding in quality corporate transactional work in a reputable firm
- You will have strong client care skills
- You will receive a competitive salary and flexible benefits package
