Commercial Lawyer (Ad-tech) (International)

Our client is a global technology business with offices in key Cities around the world and they are seeking a Legal Counsel, Commercial Technology lawyer to join the team in the London office.

The position will involve legal advice supporting international transactions and agreements.

Interesting, diverse and dynamic environment with excellent products and opportunities. The role will see the incoming Commercial Technology lawyer drafting and negotiating commercial and sales agreements, SaaS licensing, data processing. Side Agreements, licensing agreements involving media and data. It is likely that you will get access to work on new business, regulation, data protection and employment.

The successful candidate is likely to be above 3 years' PQE with excellent Commercial law experience in private practice and in-house. The incoming lawyer is likely to have strong experience across tech, software, SaaS, AdTech.
