The Role
The firm are looking for a Commercial Solicitor 3+ years PQE to join their Leeds office.
The Commercial team act for an impressive range of FTSE 250 clients on high profile matters and comprise of specialists in commercial IT, IP, data protection and competition. The team has grown rapidly due to exciting new client wins and are now looking for talented solicitors to continue to add to their success.
You will work on a wide range of commercial matters and therefore experience in commercial contracts, IT services agreements, software licencing, cloud outsourcing arrangements, internet, ecommerce issues and/or data protection would be beneficial.
Requirements:
- You will be a Commercial Solicitor 3+ years PQE (no upper limit)
- You must have commercial acumen and strong client care skills
- You should be proactive and resilient
- You will receive a competitive salary and flexible benefits package
