This real estate practice at this top UK law firm is looking to ramp up and is after a partner that wants to play a key role in the group. The group generates decent revenue and has a great client base (a range of large institutional companies, banks, investors, developers etc) however there is a feeling that it could be so much more given the size, profile and broader capability of the firm generally. The firm prides itself on offering an autonomous working environment with a flexible culture. The ideal candidate would be a good business developer and enjoy mentoring junior members of the team. For the right individual there would also potentially be the opportunity to head the London offering.
