OUR CLIENT
We have been instructed by a high profile name to recruit a commercial lawyer c 3 PQE + to join a newly created divisions of a high profile business.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be expected to manage a varied business facing role with support from an established in house legal function - handling the following workload;
Documentation/Non-Contentious Work
Advising on and drafting a wide range of standard and bespoke commercial agreements including Distribution Agreements, Introducer Agreements, IT Contracts and other Supplier Contracts
Provide legal advice in an insurance context on specific and strategic projects
Litigation
Management of contentious matters
Regulatory
Provide legal support in relation to financial services regulation/legislative developments
