About Us
This organisation is a leader in its space and provides pharmaceutical and biotech companies of all sizes access to a range of drug therapies and integrated manufacturing facilities around the globe.
The Opportunity
Due to growth and various other developments, an excellent opportunity now exists to be the second most senior lawyer in the team. Key responsibilities include leading on high value product development contracts and technology transfer agreements as well as large contracts relating to the wide-scale manufacture of and commercialisation of drugs and drug therapies. The role has a European but also a global focus as many clients will require contracts relating to global services.
In addition, you will also provide support on any M&A activity as well as advice on legal and compliance issues. You will work closely with sales teams, managing risk while also providing necessary legal support. The work will be varied and in addition to legal work, your role will incorporate wider responsibilities such as training across the business, drafting policies and procedures as well as updating the business on relevant legislative changes.
About You
This is an excellent opportunity for commercial lawyer ideally with experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors to join a global leader. Experience in the manufacturing sector or FMCG would also be welcome. Significant experience leading large and high value transactions is key, as is providing advice on compliance and regulatory matters from time to time. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial or indeed a pharmaceutical lawyer to join a leading global organisation in a key role for the legal team with responsibility from day one.
