The opportunity
A global offshore firm is seeking a high-performing Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join its offices in Jersey UK, working within one of the jurisdiction's most reputable Litigation departments.
As the successful Commercial Litigation Lawyer, your cases will be complex, high value and generally multi-jurisidictional in nature. Your work will have a large focus on insolvency, but it will also include banking and finance disputes, funds disputes, fraud, asset-tracing, contractual disputes, professional negligence and trusts disputes.
You should be around NQ to 4 years' PQE. You must be admitted to practice law in a commonwealth jurisdiction and have the right to work in the EU. Your experience should come from a reputable law firm, and you should have a good academic track record.
The salary for this position is up to £85,000 (low tax), together with a generous benefits package including relocation (if required).
