We are working with a leading US firm in London on a new position for a US qualified corporate lawyer to join the team.

One of the key selling points of this firm is its focus on venture capital and clients operating in the technology sector, which marks itself out from other US-headquartered practices in London.

The team in London is made up of a combination of UK and US qualified lawyers, with expertise that covers blue chip Silicon Valley clients as well as start-ups in established and emerging markets across the globe.

The opening will be suited to a New York or California qualified lawyer with around 1+ year of post-qualified experience in general corporate matters from a leading international or boutique firm.  Ideally candidates will have venture capital experience as well as cross border M&A.

This is a rare opportunity for a US qualified lawyer to move to the London market for a permanent position with one of the most respected international firms in this space.  Relocation assistance and sponsorship will be offered to the right candidate.
