Our client is a 'White Shoe' firm; one of the most prestigious and high profile law firms in the world. Its Moscow office is long established, staffed by the same elite group of common law and Russian qualified lawyers who have been with the firm for many years.
Due to a sustained increased in pipeline of transactional work, it is now actively looking to hire an impressive junior common law corporate lawyer to its collegiate team.
Your profile as a lawyer should be as follows:
- Excellent academics, ideally including academic prizes;
- English/New York/Australian/New Zealand qualified lawyer;
- From NQ - 1 year post qualified with a top international law firm;
- M&A experience including drafting of documents;
- Russian language skills a plus (but not obligatory);
- Strong team playing skills.
