Commonwealth Finance/DCM Lawyers (4+ PQE) – Elite Firm in London Recruiting Senior Associates
We have been instructed by an elite international firm in London looking for a senior Banking and Finance Associate to join their team.
The partners are interested in hearing from Commonwealth qualified lawyers, including those from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Singapore, or other Commonwealth country, and who are currently practising in their home jurisdiction or abroad, and are interested in relocating to London with a top-tier firm.
The firm’s finance team has a strong client base ranging from domestic to larger international clients offering high-quality and sophisticated work to their lawyers.
Candidates should have at least four years of post-qualification experience from a leading firm. This experience can include working on broad banking and finance matters, or more specialised experience in securitisation, debt capital market, asset finance or real estate finance.
The role is also suitable for in-house lawyers, ideally with previous private practice finance experience, and looking to move back into a private practice role.
The firm offers an excellent relocation package in line with leading international firms in the elite London market. The firm will also offer sponsorship to candidates as required.
This is a strong opportunity for Banking and Finance lawyers living and working in other commonwealth countries to take a step up to an elite firm in the UK market.
The experience gained will be entirely transferrable to other commonwealth legal markets, and highly valued by any firm, should a move back to the candidate’s home jurisdiction or a further move abroad be desired in due course, although unlikely given the quality of the work, and excellent remuneration this firm in London will offer.
Duke and Rawson has extensive experience relocating candidates to London from other commonwealth countries for leading roles, and as such can assist with any queries relating to the role, and the market in general.
