Led by ranked individuals in both Chambers and L500, the IP team at this mid-town practice boasts a particularly strong reputation for contentious work. The department is linear in structure, providing associates with an opportunity to undertake the broadest range of work possible, and to be given a high degree of responsibility for complex work at a relatively early stage of their career.

Acting for major international clients, the successful applicant will undertake work in relation to Patents, Trade Marks, Copyright Infringement, and Data Protection. As such, applicants should be able to demonstrate a clear track record of experience in IP Litigation, ideally gained within a comparable department at a leading City, National, or Boutique practice.

The successful applicant will not only enjoy outstanding work, but will join a practice with a strong track record of associate development through a tailored career progression plan for its lawyers. Work/life balance and the Firm's own internal culture are also very positive factors to be considered, with numerous associates praising the Firm in this regard.

The Pro-Recruitment Group consists of four distinct brands: ProTax, ProLegal, ProFinance and ProHR
