Your new company
Our client is a leading international law firm. They provide a range of professional legal services to leading clients predominantly in the insurance sector. Whilst this is an international law firm, they are friendly and approachable and are known for their modern approach and outlook to legal services. They are currently undergoing an expansion in the Bristol office due to work levels and are hiring a number of Paralegals to join the well established team.
Your new role
You will be joining the firm as a Paralegal / Claims Handler where you will manage your own caseload of claims. This will be a varied role where you will review terms, investigate issues and conduct reports. You will assist the clients in responding to claims and will negotiate and settle claims on their behalf.
Managing your own caseload, you will work to key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
The work is purely focused on Professional Indemnity and therefore an interest in a career within this insurance area will need to be demonstrated.

You will be an LLB or LPC equivalent educated graduate with some experience of technical claims. You will have an understanding of insurance law and have first rate communication skills, commercial awareness and initiative to work alone as well as be a team player.

Joining a leading international law practice, you will receive a highly competitive starting salary plus a range of benefits including an excellent holiday allowance, pension, income protection and a range of lifestyle benefits.
