Elite Opportunities in London – Incentives Associate (NQ+)
We are working with an elite firm in London looking for an Associate to join their Incentives team.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to work in a niche area of practice whilst working alongside the wider employment, corporate and tax teams on a regular basis. The structure of the team also provides Associates with direct access to partners for guidance, and tailored training.
The role will involve advising on share schemes, and other employment-related incentives including bonuses and cash remuneration, the incentives element of corporate transactions in addition to tax and other regulatory issues.
Successful candidates can be up to five years’ PQE, including newly qualified, or soon to be qualified lawyers in the upcoming March intake. Specific incentives experience is ideal, although candidates who have undertaken an employment seat during their training contract, or have gained employment experience post-qualification are also invited to apply. Any tax or corporate experience will also be beneficial for this role.
Candidates must have an excellent academic background from a leading University.
