Experienced Corporate Solicitor sought for a new role within a top-rated team and international private practice, to be based in Manchester.
Our client is a leading international law firm who are well regarded across many commercial legal disciplines. Their Corporate team work on a mix of domestic and cross-border transactions with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity and capital market transactions. The Manchester Corporate team has a large and diverse client base from large PLCs through to institutions, private equity houses and privately run companies .
Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an additional Corporate Solicitor to the team in Manchester
They are looking to speak to qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 2PQE in Corporate, with your training and experience ideally gained at a leading firm well regarded for transactional Corporate work. Experience of advising private equity houses will be advantageous but isn’t absolutely essential.
