Employment (Retail) Lawyer
First rate opening for an employment solicitor with at least around 3 years or so in employment law and now seeking an opportunity with a strong commercial law firm.
My client is a heavyweight regional law firm with an exceptional and Chambers rated Employment team. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced solicitor with strong respondent based retail sector expertise to come on board.
You'll relish the high quality matters on which you'll work, both contentious and non contentious and whilst you will be working across a number of sectors the firm are particularly interested in seeing applications from lawyers with retail sector experience (either private practice or in-house). The work will include TUPE issues, restructuring, corporate support and discrimination matters and you will find yourself often working with clients at Board level within PLCs and household name organisations. Fee earners at all levels are encouraged to build their connections and business development activity and you will find you have lots of direct contact and autonomy including the ability to run your own caseload.
