We have been instructed by a top-tier international firm in Singapore looking for a UK, Australian, New Zealand or other common law qualified Corporate Associate to join their team.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for candidates interested in relocating to Singapore in a highly prestigious role.  The firm wants to make this move as easy as possible for the right candidate and their family so they have offered to assist with the costs of relocation, and will provide sponsorship as necessary.

The firm has an extensive network of offices across the Asia Pacific and Europe, with their office in Singapore being a well-established and thriving practice in Asia.

The Corporate team is ambitious, and works on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions for high calibre clients, including high value mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.

Given this is a mid-level role, candidates should be confident in supervising junior members of the team, and communicating directly with clients and Counsel.

The successful candidate will have about four years of high-quality Corporate experience from a similar leading international firm, and be common law qualified.

The firm offers an excellent salary, in addition to an above-market relocation package.  There are also strong progression opportunities in the Singapore office making this a positive move for any candidate desiring to relocate from their current jurisdiction.

Any experience gained while working in Singapore can be easily transferred back into the UK, Australian or New Zealand markets should a further move be desired in due course, although unlikely, given the high-quality work and career progression opportunities available at the firm.
