Civil Litigation Paralegal

Chadwick Nott have been instructed to find a Civil Litigation Paralegal for a new opportunity with a niche Financial Services law firm based in South Manchester.

This role would suit an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal with a good understanding of the CPR. The role will involve advising clients seeking redress from mis-sold financial products with a specific focus on Unfair Contracts (Consumer Credit Agreements)

Applications are invited from candidates with upwards of 6 months experience working in litigation, ideally running your own caseload. The firm are flexible on the type of litigation background provided you have an excellent working knowledge of the CPR.

The role will involve the following -

Advising clients at each stage of the claims process

  • Advising clients on the law and regulation concerning miss-sold financial products
  • Managing your own case load from start to finish
  • Utilising case management software to progress cases
  • Undertaking file management tasks as required
