Major international law firm is seeking a Corporate lawyer to work on a fixed term basis for six months as the lead lawyer involved with automating several suites of corporate precedent transactional documents.

The successful candidate will be an experienced transactional lawyer who will be responsible for working with fee earners and PSLs to automate suites of documents in the areas of private equity investment, venture capital investment and share sales. The role is available for either 4 or 5 days a week and some home working is possible for the right candidate.

You will be a corporate lawyer with 4PQE+ gained within a major law firm with a strong corporate practice. You will have first-hand knowledge of investment agreements (ideally private equity and venture capital) and private M&A. Strong analytical and technical skills are required, and prior experience of working on document automation in a law firm would be beneficial but is not essential.

Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. Please note our advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the minimum level of experience required. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfill this kind of work.
