This top 10 UK law firm has a Construction team which is ranked as top tier by all of the legal directories. They have seen a huge influx of work over the last 12 months and as such are seeking a junior partner who has a solid grounding in the practice area.

The work on offer is all non-contentious and will primarily derive from the real estate side rather than energy, infrastructure, etc. Clients include developers, large institutions, overseas investors, banks, pensions funds, etc.

Due to the huge amount of work this team has on at the moment, a junior partner coming in does not necessarily require a book of business. What is key however is good technical knowledge and experience, as well as the ability to pick up the existing client base and run with it.

This is an exceptional team with a low turnover of staff and a reputation for being a very sociable and laid back group. There is an excellent platform on offer here for someone who is ambitious and looking for some of the best quality work in the City.
