The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join this market leading law firm based in the heart of Leicester.

The firm has one of the most well-respected Employment teams across the Midlands. They often have fee earners based internally on secondments giving them an unrivalled working relationship with a very exciting client base.

This role would prove to be an excellent opportunity for a candidate seeking more responsibility and progression. You will work closely with industry leading Partners on a wide range of issues, ranging from dealing with respondents and senior executives, dealing with both contentious and non-contentious Employment matters.

The Requirements

  • 1-4 Years PQE as an Employment Solicitor
  • Thorough working knowledge of firm's processes, policies and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Excel skills
  • A desire to progress in a supportive environment
