The London practice would like to recruit a qualified lawyer to bolster its incentives and benefits practice.
In London, the team advises on the full spectrum of employee benefits from trusts and executive tax planning to corporate governance and regulatory matters. A major focus is the practice's design, implementation, and communication of senior executive and employee incentive plans, which is a significant growth area.
Candidates will be qualified lawyers from within private practice or an accountancy firm and be keen to work closely with the transactional corporate team. Applicants should be able assist with the development of the group, while supervising junior team members, making this is an opportunity to take on responsibility and further develop your career.
