As an Employment Associate you would be required to take on a mixed employment workload. The majority of work is generated through referrals and other departments across the firm.
Work is predominately involves working with employees when things go wrong, for example dismissals, pay and promotion issues, discrimination and harassment at work, amongst other things. As with all forms of litigation, the team is particularly experienced in ADR but also employment tribunals when necessary.
The ideal candidate would be an Employment Associate or Solicitor looking for a step up. Legal Executives with the requisite experience are also encouraged to apply.
Ideally you would be 6 years PQE or more.
Candidates with 1+ year's experience in employment law would be considered with a view to being supported and trained by the more senior members of the team.
Experience would ideally be gained in a large national, city or well regarded local South Wiltshire or Hampshire firm.
