Our client, an award winning national law firm seeks to appoint a talented property litigation lawyer to join their growing team based in Milton Keynes.

Joining this friendly, partner led team you'll handle a mixed caseload of matters arising from all manner of property related disputes, including boundary disputes, dilapidation and disrepair claims and disputes under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954. You'll be advising a diverse portfolio of clients including property developers, investors, lenders, individuals and owner-occupiers. Whilst a minimum of 1 years' experience would be ideal, there is some flexibility and the firm is interested to speak to more experienced lawyers or those who are currently training and/or recently qualified and looking for an NQ+ position. In addition you will have relevant background in property litigation gained with another recognised regional or national firm.

This is an excellent role with a firm able to offer a diet of interesting work from day one as well as a strong career progression path and highly competitive remuneration.
