The role

The firm has an exciting new vacancy for a Real Estate Senior Associate / Partner to join their modern City of London office.

You will as part of a Nationally regarded department, alongside an industry leading Partner who is ranked in the Legal 500 as one of the top real estate Lawyers nationally. You will find you will obtain excellent exposure both work and client wise. You will deal with a broad range of work, which will make for a much more interesting role.

You will lead the team with the other Partners, the department is currently busy and thriving.

The client base will include; Large PLC's, Government bodies, Pension and investment funds, Landed estates and Developers. The role will have a focus towards Development work, where you will deal with a broad range of work making for a more interesting role. The caseload will also include; Acquisitions and disposals, Investment and Landlord and tenant.

You will get a high level of client contact and good support and career development.

This role comes with good prospects for career progression.

Requirements

  • You will be a Real Estate Lawyer with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • You will have a good technical knowledge
  • It is essential that you have strong communication skills and the ability to build solid client relationships.
  • Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE plus an exceptional benefits package.
