This fast-growing full-service City firm has recently moved to new offices following consistent headcount growth across the firm over the past 5 years.  The engine room of the firm is corporate and the team is highly rated in the area.  Attracting a number of former Magic Circle partners and senior associates who have, subsequent to joining, been promoted to partner. 

A debt-free and profitable partnership, growth is achieved by sensible lateral hire and organic, internal promotion.  The firm is very entrepreneurial and has a competitive introductory scheme to reward bringing on new clients as an associate.  Business development is encouraged for those interested in being made up in the medium term. 

The practice is broad and spans private and public M&A and listings/ECM work.  The client base is a mixture of Main market listed, AIM listed and private companies.  Accordingly strong ECM experience is required.
