My client, a heavyweight national firm who boast one of the most integrated full service offerings nationally, are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing Development team. You will work with one the most highly regarded development teams in the Midlands on top tier level work for the UK's largest housebuilders. This is a forward thinking firm who operate agile working practices and transparent career progression. It's a friendly and collaborative atmosphere and represents a fantastic opportunity to work closely with partners who take considerable time investing in your development.
You will have experience in residential development or commercial property and be excited by the prospect of working across a mixed caseload of residential and commercial development work. You should be comfortable in an outwardly facing role as the firm give high levels of responsibility for developing client relationships to all levels in the team.
